We really enjoyed staying at fairway motor inn. Perfect place for vacation in Merimbula;)))

The hotel is located about 4 km before Merimbula. Restaurants are available in Merimbula, in the neighbouring village of Pambula or in Eden, which is about 17 km away. Right next to the accommodation there is a seafood restaurant. Room had a balcony and was well equipped. 

Spacious, clean rooms. Good location. Convenient for short stay. Friendly staff. Lovely grounds. Peaceful surroundings. Close to restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a king spa room, I thought the bathroom could have done with a better clean, especially tiles around toilet holder.

I recently stayed at this charming 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with an amazing seafood restaurant right next door. I loved being able to walk there and enjoy some of the best seafood 

Very quiet and comfortable, room was very clean and as big as some apartments we have stayed in. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious with a small kitchen. A balcony overlooked the hotel grounds and adjacent golf course.

We were on the second floor and there was no lift access to the second floor.

The motel is located in a well-landscaped garden and offers convenient access to many amenities. We enjoyed dining at the nearby Wheeler's Seafood Restaurant and spotting Kangaroos at the Golf Club opposite the motel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly appointed 

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Not a bad location especially if you have a car as it is only a short drive into town.

Staff could have been a little friendlier. We booked 2 nights with different room types and when I asked for the sheets to be changed in one room as it was a different couple staying in that room I was asked quiet abruptly why?? I just find it odd to ask this to the guest especially at a 4 star rated hotel/motel. It seems like a family run business which is nice but they could be a little friendlier. The lady at the reception almost charged me for the room twice as she hadn't checked the booking correctly. If I had not been monitoring my accounts previously I would have been charged twice for a room that cost over $300. As I said there's a just few things that seemed a little off considering the high rating it has.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the facilities were well kept. The other point I noticed was that the towels were large and quite new. Definitely

The bed was uncomfortable we could hear the springs pinging all night when we turned over, we thought breakfast was too expensive.

everything was very clean even the stairs outside. Very impressive.
